Thesis Submission

Theses which have been approved by their academic department can be submitted to the Memorial Library Digital Commons Masters Theses collection by completing the Thesis Submission Form (use the red button on the right to get to the form).

Theses may be submitted by the department coordinators or by the students themselves.  If the thesis does not contain an abstract, please consider creating one and attaching it to the form with the thesis for us to use in Digital Commons.

Please follow the following steps to submit your thesis:

  1. Download, print, fill out & sign the Digital Commons Waiver and then scan the signed copy and save as a PDF
  2. Create an abstract for your thesis and save as a PDF (optional)
  3. Complete the Thesis Submission Form by submitting a PDF of your Thesis as well as the completed Digital Commons Waiver PDF from Step 1 AND the Abstract PDF created in Step 2.  You may need to save the form with the thesis, then add the waiver afterwards by opening the ticket and adding a new attachment.
