In Anthology's Course Teacher Evaluation (CTE) system, you can set custom course evaluation windows to fit your specific needs, within the overall campus evaluation period.
Setting up a custom window for your CTE
Ability to set custom windows
Faculty members have the ability to set "custom survey availability windows" for their course evaluations, within the typical campus-wide window.
Setting the window
These custom windows need to be set before the standard open evaluation period begins.
Log into the Course Evaluations Portal. Go to the Surveys drop-down menu in the upper left corner, and in the drop-down menu, select My Course Surveys.

When the new page opens up, find the survey you would like to adjust the dates for, and click on the clock icon under Set Open/Close column.

When the next page opens up, select the dates and times you would like, being careful to stay within the overall survey open and published deadline date windows. This window will be displayed at the top of the page. Click Save when finished.
