Attach a Quiz to a Grade Item
On the course home page, click Quizzes in the NavBar.
Click the quiz you want to associate the grade item with.
Click on the Assessment tab at the top.
In the Assessment tab, select an existing grade item from the Grade Item drop-down list, or click Add Grade Item to create a new one.
Click Save and Close.
