Opening Screen

The opening page of your YuJa account will show your Media Library.

In the center of the screen there will be two folders, a Default Collection folder, and a folder with your name.

The Default Collection folder can be used to store files but will initially be empty. The name of this file cannot be changed.

The folder with your name will contain any files that have been imported from your Ensemble account.

There may be other media thumbnails on the page if you have recently uploaded any files to YuJa.

You can also see the folder structure in the panel on the left.

In the Personal section of the panel, you will also see folders that are Shared with Me, files you have marked as Favorites, and files you have Shared with Others.

In the Shared section of the panel, you will find Shared Folders which are videos open to the campus, I.e. Advisement, and a list of Channels. Channels are mostly a class space, if you add YuJa to your class in Brightspace, any media published to the channel will be available to students in the class.
