Duo MFA to Microsoft MFA (For Employees)

This may be happening because the Duo app is already open on your mobile phone. Quit out of the Duo app and test sending the push notification again. If you continue to have problems, uninstall and reinstall the Duo app from your mobile phone.

Duo - Multifactor Authentication
SUNY Cortland uses a two-factor authentication solution called Duo to help protect your SUNY Cortland account. Your first factor of authentication is your username and password. Your second factor is Duo. Duo prevents anyone but you from accessing your account, even if they know your password.
