Calling Functionality

1. Place a phone call to a SUNY Cortland number.
2. Place a phone call to a non SUNY Cortland number. 
3. Receive a phone call from a SUNY Cortland number.
4. Receive a phone call from a non SUNY Cortland number. 
5. Place a call on hold. 
6. Transfer a call.
7. Mute myself on a call
8. Add someone to a phone call. 

Voicemail Functionality

1. Let a call go unanswered and the call successfully left a voicemail. 
2. Playback the voicemail in Teams/Outlook.
3. Review the voicemail transcript in Teams/Outlook.
