Using Cloudflare One Client for the First Time

Information Resources implemented Cloudflare One Client as a replacement for Cisco AnyConnect.

The first time you use the Cloudflare One Client - you can expect a series of pop-ups and then a prompt to sign into myRedDragon through a web browser. Below are instructions of what you can expect to see the first time you use the Cloudflare One Client.

Windows/PC

  1. Open the system tray in the lower right corner of the screen. Cloudflare One Client should appear as a gray or orange cloud icon. If you do not have this icon and are on a Cortland-owned laptop, please call The Help Center at 607-753-2500

  1. Click on the Cloudflare One Client icon to open the following screen. Click Continue.

  1. A Cortland Login window will appear, prompting you to enter your email, password, and authenticate with the Microsoft Authenticator. Sign in here.

  1. If login is successful, a screen will appear prompting you to open Cloudflare One Client. Click Open Cloudflare One Client in the pop-up box at the top of your screen.

  1. The Cloudflare One Client window will now appear as shown below. Click the blue Connect button, and Cloudflare One Client setup is complete.

Mac/Apple

  1. Click on the gray or orange Cloudflare One Client icon in the top-right corner of your screen to open WARP. If you do not have this icon and are on a Cortland-owned macbook, please call The Help Center at 607-753-2500
  2. Click Continue.

  1. A Cortland Login window will appear, prompting you to enter your email, password, and authenticate with the Microsoft Authenticator. Sign in here.

  1. If login is successful, a screen will appear prompting you to open CloudFlare Warp. Click Open Cloudflare Warp in the middle of the screen.

  1. The Cloudflare One Client window will now appear as shown below. Click the blue Connect button, and Cloudflare One Client setup is complete.
