Adding and Removing Users from a Toshiba MFD Address Book

The Toshiba Printer address book can be used for Scanning documents to send to email. 

Adding Users to the Address Book

  1. Log into the Pharos printer using your ID badge or passcode
  2. Press More Device Functions
    Pharos home menu. Options are Review Documents, Print All, and More Device Functions
  3. Press the right-arrow on the More Device Functions menu until you reach the User Functions icon. More Device Functions menu. User Functions is an option on the screen.
  4. Click Address.
    User Settings menu. Options are General, Copy, Fax, Scan, Drawer, and Address. Address is the second option on the second row.
  5. In the address book menu, scroll down until you see an open space in the address list. Click the open spot. Address list scrolled down near the bottom. Options are Setting, Entry, and Close. An Empty space is selected.
  6. Click Entry
  7. Enter the user's name, and Email Address. 
    Address Book Registration Window. First column options are First Name, Last Name, Index, Corp., Dept., Keyword. Second column is Fax Type, Destination, Second Fax Type, Destination, and Email Destination.
  8. Click Ok


 

Removing Users from the Address Book

  1. Log into the Pharos printer using your ID badge or passcode

  4. Click Address.

  1. In the Address menu, press the user you would like to remove. Click Delete. 
    Address book menu. A user is selected. There are options for Setting, Delete, and Edit, and Close when the user is selected.
  2. Click Delete.
