Adding and Removing Users from a Toshiba MFD Address Book

The Toshiba Printer address book can be used for Scanning documents to send to email. 

Adding Users to the Address Book

1. Log into the Pharos printer using your ID badge or passcode
2. Press More Device Functions
   
3. Press the right-arrow on the More Device Functions menu until you reach the User Functions icon. 
4. Click Address.
   
5. In the address book menu, scroll down until you see an open space in the address list. Click the open spot. 
6. Click Entry. 
7. Enter the user's name, and Email Address. 
   
8. Click Ok. 

Removing Users from the Address Book

1. Log into the Pharos printer using your ID badge or passcode
2. Press More Device Functions
   
3. Press the right-arrow on the More Device Functions menu until you reach the User Functions icon. 
4. Click Address.
   

5. In the Address menu, press the user you would like to remove. Click Delete. 
   
6. Click Delete.
