Setting a custom CTE Survey Window
Faculty and Course Administrators (AAs, Department Chairs, and/or Faculty) can set custom time windows for administering CTEs. Directions can be found on the Anthology website. (You will need to create a login if you do not already have one.)
• Surveys can be open for an hour, a day, or the entire evaluation period.
• Any changes to the default evaluation time period can only be adjusted after the survey (CTE) is launched.
• On the day the survey is launched, any faculty or AAs wishing to adjust this window should log in to Anthology and adjust the evaluation window as soon as possible. This cannot be done ahead of time.
• If a student has filled out a CTE prior to the adjustment, their submission will be saved and added to the final survey.
• If students submit CTEs before the custom time period is adjusted, faculty may request the submissions be reset and allow students to resubmit during the custom window. Faculty would need to submit a CTE Support ticket to save any early submissions before changing the open/closed dates.
CTEs Open to students
Once CTEs are released to students, the students can access them via myRedDragon by going ot the Student tab, and clicking on the Course Teacher Evaluation (CTE) link on the Cortland eLearning System channel.
Q: What if a student doesn't see a CTE for a course?
