Changing Outlook Language

To change the Language settings in outlook without being able to read the text, follow the instructions below: 

  1. Open up Outlook Web App through the Cortland Webmail link through the MyRedDragon Home Page. MyRedDragon Home page. Cortland webmail is on the right side as the second option beneath the "Quicklinks" Heading.
  2. Open the settings menu through the gear-shaped icon at the top right corner of the screen. Outlook toolbar at the top of the screen. Gear icon is the second item from the left at the top of the page.
  3. Click on the Gear-shaped icon on the left-panel of the settings window that appears to open the Language settings. Outlook settings window. Gear icon is the third option on the leftmost column. Language setting is located just below the Outlook Language heading in the rightmost pane of the window. .
  4. Select the first drop-down box under the Outlook heading as shown in the image above.
  5. Select the language you would prefer from the drop-down box. Language select dropdown box is expanded with many language options.
  6. Click the Left, normally blue button in the bottom right corner of the window to save your language settings.Completed language window. Apply button is at the bottom right corner of the screen, the second button from the right.
