Change Description:
IR will be retiring Cisco AnyConnect (current VPN application) later this Spring – date to be announced soon. We will be deploying WARP Client (new VPN application) on Tuesday, February 11th to all SUNY Cortland laptops.
Who is impacted:
Anyone who currently uses Cisco AnyConnect.
Action Required:
After the WARP client is deployed to your laptop – you will need to sign into the client before connecting.
If you currently use AnyConnect and Remote Desktop to access a computer on campus, you will need to request WARP access to that computer. Use the support link below to submit a ticket for Remote Access to your computer. Cisco AnyConnect will continue to function while you wait for access to your computer through WARP.
