Call Center Queues with WARP

For users who use Cisco Finesse for taking calls from call center queues, the Finesse web page should continue to work while connected to WARP.

As of October 2024, the Webex app is no longer supported on laptops due to concerns with location for 911 calls. The Webex app also does not work while connected to WARP.

Users who need to take calls while working remotely must use the Webex app on their smart phone.

Before the Webex app will work, a Soft Phone must be requested using this form.
