Initial Enrollment in SSPR
When you sign in to myRedDragon, you will see a screen that says More Information Required. On this screen hit Next.

You can enroll the Microsoft Authenticator App by following the instructions on the screen or you can add another method like a phone number.
To add a phone number instead, at the bottom click the I want to use a different method

Select Phone

Enter in your cell phone number and hit Next

It will text you a code, enter in the code and hit Next

It will let you know if the authentication was successful. If it was, hit Next.

Click Done to complete the sign in process. You are now enrolled in SSPR.

Resetting Your Password
To reset your password with SSPR, go to Microsoft Online Password Reset (passwordreset.microsoftonline.com) and use the steps outlined below.
1. Enter your email and complete the CAPTCHA to begin.

2. Click password reset reason and click next

3. Select a method to verify your identity.
If it's available, you can authenticate with a phone call to your office phone. Other methods, such as the Microsoft Authenticator app, or your mobile number may be configured. Click here for instructions on adding authentication methods.
Click Send Notification to get to the next step.

4. Complete the Authenticator step on your cell phone. Afterwards, you will get a prompt to reset your password.

Modify SSPR Settings and Add Sign-In Methods
Your Security Panel is located at this URL: https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info
Use the following steps to access the panel and add a sign-in method, such as the MS Authenticator app, or a set of security questions.
1. Log in to MyRedDragon. Click the icon with your initials in the top right corner of the screen and select the View Account link.

2. On the Panel titled Security Info, click Update Info

3. A list of configured verification methods is shown under Security Info. Here you can add and remove sign-in methods.
