• Formstack (Production Web Application)
  • The Formstack web application has specific code for pulling EOP data from Banner and forwarding it to a Formstack form
• Formstack (The form building solution)
  • Educational Opportunities Program → Progress Reports
• Argos - Updates are made by the EOP office.
  • EOP Reports → EOP Letters → EOP Letters Report → EOP Letters Report Schedule
    • Each semester this needs to be updated to when EOP office wants to send these out.
    • The Term needs to be updated each semester:
    • The subject of the email that needs to be sent needs to be updated to reflect the new term:
    • Occasionally the Email Body needs to be adjusted.
    • Once these changes have been made, simply activate the schedule:
