Brightspace is shared across SUNY so students transferring in credit from another SUNY or community college may find that Brightspace lists an email address from the old institution.
Checking Brightspace Email
Sign in to Brightspace, click your name in the top right corner, and select Notifications.
Scroll down to Contact Methods and you will see the email Brightspace has on file
Changing Brightspace Email
If Brightspace has an email listed other than your @cortland.edu address, you should submit a ticket with the SUNY Online Help Desk. You can use this webform to submit the request.
