Out-of-office Voicemail Settings

Select when you would like your specialized voicemail to play.

Choose All the Time, When Outlook automatic replies are on, or neither.

Be aware that if you choose "All the Time" your specialized away message will play continuously to callers, regardless of your calendar status or working hours.  It overrides your default voicemail greeting until you manually turn it off or uncheck it. It is mostly used if you are on an extended leave and want the exact same out of office message playing to all callers, rather than switching between standard business and away greetings.
