Set up your voicemail
- Go to the Teams Settings
- Select the Calls tab
- Scroll to the Manage voicemail section

Record a Custom Greeting
- In the Manage Voicemail section select the Record a Greeting button
- The Record a greeting meeting window will open
- Select 1 on the dial pad to record your personal greeting

- Follow the prompts to record your new message
Choose what happens when the call is redirected to voicemail

Select the down-arrow in this field to choose what happens when the call is redirected to voicemail. The default option is to let the caller record a message, but the options include:
- Let the caller record a message
- Let the caller record a message or be transferred to someone else
If you choose this option a field will open with Name or Number options

- Play your greeting and end the call
- Play greeting then transfer the call to someone else
If you choose this option a field will open with Name or Number options

- End the call without playing your greeting
Set up Text-to-Speech Customized Greeting Option
Set up a voicemail greeting using text-to-speech:
- Select the Edit Custom Greeting button

- In the dialog box that opens, type your custom greeting

- Select Save
Note: If you have recorded a greeting it will override the text-to-speech option
Manage Out-of-office Voicemail

Record Out-of-office Voicemail message
To record a specific voicemail response for when you are out-of-office:
- Scroll up to the Manage Voicemail section
- Select the Record a Greeting button

- In the recording dialog box that opens select 2 on the dial pad to record your out-of-office voicemail

Controls for Out-of-Office Voicemails are in the Manage out-of-office voicemail section
Create a text -to-speech greeting
- Select the Write a Custom Greeting button

- In the dialog box that opens type in your custom out-of-office greeting

Out-of-office Voicemail Settings
Select when you would like your specialized voicemail to play.
Choose All the Time, When Outlook automatic replies are on, or neither
