When your Teams Calling access has been activated, your Call tab in Teams will look like this:

The Call Pad

The Call Pad is where you will enter the name or number of the person you would like to call. You can enter a number by clicking the pad or by using the numbers on your keyboard.

Call History

The Call History section will contain a record of all the calls that you have received or made. Calls can be sorted by Missed, Incoming, Outgoing, and Voicemail using the All button

Speed Dial

The Speed Dial section is a place to add people’s contact information for quick access. All numbers that are included on their contact card will be easily available to call.

Other Sections

Below the Dial Pad there are three more controls:

Location – Your location should automatically be detected by Teams. If it is not, you can insert your correct location

Forward – A quick button to forward/don’t forward all your calls

Devices/Settings – You can see what device is connected for calling. Additionally, selecting the down arrow here is a shortcut to the Teams Settings page
