Student Email Addresses in Brightspace
Students who previously attended other SUNY schools before coming to Cortland may observe that their email address has not been changed to their current Cortland email. Consequently, their Brightspace notifications and assignment submission receipts will be sent to their non-Cortland email account. To solve this issue, the user needs to initiate the update process by asking for their email to be changed to their Cortland email in the SUNY Help Desk ticketing system.
Only SUNY can make the change to the email addresses in Brightspace.
