How to use the Classroom Camera

When the Webex Desktop Meetings App or Teams opens, the default camera and microphone will be the webcam.

Check Camera settings in Webex

If you open your Webex meeting and the camera is not working:

1.     From an open Webex meeting choose the Audio tab or the More Options button (…)

2.     Select the Speaker, Microphone and Camera option from the menu

3.     In the Speaker, Microphone and Camera dialog box the name of the camera should be in both the microphone and the camera menus.

4.     The Speaker setting should be PC Mic and Speakers

From an open Teams meeting

1.     Select the More Options button (…)

2.     Choose Device Settings

3.     In the Device Settings pane the Microphone and Camera entries should be the same and should both be the name of the webcam

4.     The speaker setting should be PC Mic and Speakers
