The Department Functions folder in Argos now contains a report named CTE Review of Historical Records, which will allow users to view CTE data from previous terms using either the course or department form. The forms will automatically pull in the department(s) that a user is assigned to when determining which CTE's to display for a given term. On the departments form, if a user is a member of multiple departments, they will have the option to click and drag to select multiple departments and view the corresponding CTE's and Student Comments section. The course form has a display box which will show the assigned departments a user can select to display courses in the courses box. The user will need to select the individual course from the courses box to see the CTE data displayed by course along with the Student Comments section.
