Technology Support For Personal Devices

Technical support for personal devices is limited to assisting with installation of campus supported software that is licensed for personal devices, and assisting with access to wifi.

If IR technical staff attempt to install software or connect to wifi and determine that the cause of the issue is with the device itself, IR staff are not responsible for further troubleshooting.
