Scanned documents are rotated on Toshiba Printer

The default setting from the factory on the Toshiba 330 Printers results in the documents scanned to email coming through rotated 90 degrees.

IR has been updating these settings as the printers are deployed, but they can revert under certain circumstances.

If you are experiencing an issue with all of your scanned documents being rotated, these steps will change the scan orientation for every user on the printer. These options are available to every user.

  1. Sign into a Toshiba Pharos printer using your ID Badge or passcode.
  2. Click on More Device Functions.

  1. Click the right arrow icon.

  1. In the User Functions menu, click the Scan options menu.

  1. Select the correct orientation for scanning on the printer under the Rotation heading on the right side of the menu
