Duplicating Center: Product & Options Update Instructions

1. Go here: https://cortland.sharepoint.com/sites/MRDLists
2. Click on “Site Contents” in the top navigation bar. Refer to screenshot below.

3. Click on the name of the list you’d like to edit.
   1. Note: Most prices are found in the Products list, while add-ons like staples, poster tubes, etc. are in Options. Refer to screenshot below.

4. Find the combination of Product Type and Paper Type for the product you would like to update.
   1. For example, the below shows Enhanced Matte Board in both the 8x10 and 8.5x11 size.

5. Double click on the row you would like to update.
6. Click in the area you’d like to update on the pop-up that appears on the right-hand side of the screen. Refer to screenshot below.
   1. Note that prices are broken down into 1-100 and 100+. For some products, these prices will be the same, for others, they may differ.

7. Once your edits are complete, click the X button in the top-right corner to close out that item. Your changes are automatically saved, and you can continue to the next product update. Refer to screenshot below.
