Cortland Email on Mobile Device

Which app should I use?

Androids: Outlook

iPhone iOS 11.x or greater: Mail or Outlook

iPhone iOS 10.x or less: Webmail

Outlook app on Android 

1. Open Outlook and select Get Started.
2. Enter your SUNY Cortland email address and select Continue.
3. Enter your username and password and select Sign In. (This page should look like the myRedDragon sign-in page).
   a. If you have Duo, follow authentication prompts. 
4. Continue through the Outlook setup prompts. 

Mail app on iPhone or iPad 

1. Open Settings, select Accounts & Passwords, select Add Account, and select Exchange.  
2. Enter your SUNY Cortland email address and enter a description. (Description will auto-fill to Exchange).
3. Select Sign in.
4. Enter your username and password and select Sign In. (This page should look like the myRedDragon sign-in page).
   a. If you have Duo, follow authentication prompts. 
5. Select Next, choose the features of your account you would like to synchronize and select Save. 

Outlook app on iPhone or iPad

1. Launch the Outlook app
2. Select Add Account and enter in your SUNY Cortland email address. Select Add Account. 
3. Enter your username and password and Sign In. (This page should look like the myRedDragon sign-in page).
   a. If you have Duo, follow authentication prompts. 
4. Continue through the Outlook setup prompts.
