1. Login to myRedDragon and click on Cortland Webmail under Quick Links.
2. Click on the icon at the top right that is either your picture or your initials.
3. Click on Open Another Mailbox.
4. Type in the email address of the mailbox you are trying to open, then click on the account when it suggests the correct one.
5. Click Open, then you should see the shared email account's inbox.
