This form is used to submit email addresses for guest parking permit invites. These permits allow for parking under standard Faculty/Staff rules and regulations (not valid for reserved spaces, meters, charging stations, or any other non-standard parking spaces). Usage of accessible parking areas requires valid government issued placard or license plate.
Please note:
- Vehicles/accounts with outstanding balances will not be issued guest permits.
- All information supplied must be correct, as this information will be used to verify the guest permit.
- SUNY Cortland Parking Operations is under no obligation to void/nullify any citations issued to vehicles due to inaccurate email address and/or information supplied at time of registration, or for any other cited violations.
- Guest permits are not valid for the Prospect Terrace/Neubig Paid Lot. This lot is managed by the Cortland Auxiliary. Information about special event usage of this lot is available here.
Recipients should expect an email from parking@cortland.edu that will contain a unique link that will allow them to enter vehicle information to create a guest permit.
