This form allows faculty/staff to request guest “A” faculty/staff permits. These permits allow for parking under standard Faculty/Staff rules and regulations (not valid for reserved spaces, meters, charging stations). Usage of accessible parking areas requires valid government issued placard or license plate.
Please note – vehicles/accounts with outstanding balances will not be issued guest permits
