Personal Pronoun Roster Report
Students are able to optionally provide their personal pronouns in the student information system. Pronouns will be able to be viewed in the existing online class roster in a future system update. In the interim period, instructors may request a pronoun roster that will be provided at the start of the second week of class.
Because student pronoun options are new in Fall 2021, it is possible that you will not have any students who have submitted pronouns in one or more of your course sections. If pronouns are not available, a roster would not be provided for that section.

Roster Delivery
Class rosters are provided as a multi-page PDF (Adobe Acrobat) accessible document. You will receive your report via a secure Microsoft OneDrive link that will be provided by Student Registration and Records Services, sent from srrs@cortland.edu.
Dates
Fall 2023 Roster requests are currently being accepted. Requests will be accepted until the close of the semester. Requests will be sent starting on August 28, 2023, unless you elect to have rosters sent after drop/add.
