This form shall be used to request IP addresses or email addresses to be whitelisted so they will not be classified as SPAM, Junk or moved to the Clutter folder.
- Only campus-wide exclusion will be accepted
- If a service is continually classified as Junk email or SPAM, systems administrators will investigate the root cause, this requests may not be granted if the vendor is on an IP blacklist or is sending poorly formatted email causing the classification.
