Please read before submitting an exception request: Printer exceptions are granted only in cases involving critical business needs or legal requirements as prescribed by the SUNY Print policy and procedure.
Exceptions are allowed when they meet one of two conditions:

A specific use-case for which the shared secure print system is not feasible. (e.g. photo printing, large format posters, printer connected to specialized equipment, etc.)

A disability accommodation granted by HR.
