Linking to Library Resources

Most of the SUNY Cortland Memorial Library databases and electronic journals are licensed for use by the current students, faculty and staff of SUNY Cortland. To comply with the requirements mandated by the vendors of these commercial services, users of the SUNY Cortland Memorial Library databases and electronic journals can only access these sources after login in to myRedDragon with their Cortland ID and password and choosing the Library tab.  

Access from off campus is similar: Login to myRedDragon and click on the Library tab.

Quick Fixes:

• If you have an existing link that is not working, try to access the same item by going through the databases page and finding the database and then the title. 
• Make sure popups are not blocked.   
• Check your privacy/cookie settings.  Many databases and journals require that you accept all cookies from them to allow access.
• Try a different device such as a Windows laptop instead of a Mac.  Some of the resources (typically videos) do not work on Apple devices due to Digital Rights Management (DRM).      
• Try to reload or refresh your browser, and try to clear your cache and/or cookies
