If you would like to share a SharePoint site to the campus without sending everyone an email
Open the SharePoint Site
Select the
Settings
button
Choose
Site Permissions
Select
Add Members
From the dropdown menu choose
Share Site Only
In the Name field enter “Everyone”
Select the “Everyone except external users”
Set the permission level to
Read
Uncheck the box for
Send email
Click
Add
