Receiving Internal Calls
When receiving an internal call, a notification box will pop up. By default, the notification will be in the lower right of your screen
The caller’s name will be on the notification.
There will be the option to:
- Answer with video
- Answer with audio
- Decline the call
When on an internal call, whether audio or video you will have the following controls:
Receiving External Calls
When receiving an external call, a notification box will also pop up. By default, the notification will be in the lower right of your screen
There will be a designation that the call is external – from a number not using Teams calling. The caller’s number will be on the notification. A name will be included if the caller’s contact information has been updated on their contact card.
There will be the option to:
- Answer with audio
- Decline the call
