To share information from the instructor's station computer follow directions up to Step 10

Transcript:

1. Welcome to the Campus Technology Services, Moffett 209 Collaborative Classroom, training video.
2. This is the instructor's station in the Moffett 209 dual display classroom.
3. To control the classroom system, users interact with the touch screen monitor after turning on the system with the touch panel.
4. First, touch the Crestron panel to, wake it up. Then tap the screen again to open the system power page.
5. Choose the power on to start the system and get to the main control page.
6. At this point the projectors and all five student stations will turn on and the screens will lower. Now that the instructor's station and projectors are turned on, the Crestron pad will only be used for volume, video blank and exit functions.
7. Next, you will need to access your information to share it on the display screens.
8. In order to sign into the computer, go to the monitor on the far right and select the orange plus sign at the bottom.
9. Drag the room PC option to one of the rectangles at the top of the screen. These rectangles represent the display screens at the front of the room.
10. Now you can sign into the instructor's station computer at whichever monitor the sign and screen is on, if you are going to share from the computer.
     
11. If you would like to share documents from the document camera, first, turn on the camera and put document under it. Drag the document camera square to the center space.
12. To share the visual from the document camera drag the icon to a rectangle at the top of the screen.
13. Accessing information from your laptop will require following the instructions for screen mirroring, found on the instructor's station. There is no HDMI cable provided.
14. Display information from one source to both front display screens by choosing the mirror of a button on the top right of the screen.
15. Information from more than one source can also be displayed.
16. To share what is on the display screens with student pods, touch the touch screen monitor to access the share symbol.
17. Touch the share symbol to access the sharing page.
18. Select the source to share by touching the dot on that source.
19. Select share screen with all stations to share the content to all the pods in the room.
20. To share to an individual pod, press the source dot and drag it to the pod you want to share it with.
21. Touch the dot on the display source and choose stop sharing to stop sharing to pods.

When finished using the classroom system, please sign out of the instructor's station computer if it was used. Then sign out of the classroom system by selecting exit on the Crestron pad. Thank you for watching the Campus Technology Services, Moffit 209, Collaborative Classroom, training video.
