In order to share from the instructor's station computer, a laptop or the document camera, please follow the directions to Step 10

Welcome to the Campus Technology Services, Van Heusen A31B, Collaborative Classroom, Training Video.

1. This is the instructor station in Van Heusen A31B.
2. To turn on the display screen and the room sharing system, touch the Crestron pad to wake it up.
3. Then select the power on button to turn on the projector and the pod screens.
4. The monitor on the right, is the touch screen, control, monitor, while the monitor on the left, is a representation of what is on the display screen.
5. Sign in to the instructor station computer to share information from there. The screen on the left will show you what is being shared on the display in the front of the room.
6. Select the room PC button in the bottom left corner of the screen to see the options available. In the lower right corner of the screen you will see buttons for, send to display or take from display, full screen, screen blank, and close the menu.
7. Select the orange plus sign to add additional display options.
8. To choose the document camera, select the corresponding button. Now both the computer and the document camera are shown on the control screen. The display is still showing the computer output.
9. To change the information on the display screen select the button in the lower left of the desired display. And choose the display button on the menu. The screen that is displayed is now highlighted on the control screen. There is space for up to four potential display options on the control screen.
10. To share from a laptop, follow the directions for screen mirroring that are found at the instructor station.
     
11. In order to share from the instructor station to the student pods, tap the control screen to access the sharing button.
12. Tap the sharing button to open the sharing screen.
13. To share with all pods in the room, tap the center button and choose share screen with all stations.
14. Stop sharing by tapping the center orange button and choose stop sharing.
15. To share to only specific pods, hold the orange button and drag to the desired station.

When finished with the room system, stop sharing the display and sign out of the computer at the instructor station. Then choose exit on the Crestron screen to turn off the room projector.
