Creating Folders in YuJa

When you open your YuJa account you will open to the Media Library page. At the top of the page, you will see two folders, the Default Collection, and a folder with your name. There may also be thumbnails for other videos that are not in the folders if you have uploaded any content to YuJa.

The file with your name contains all the files that were stored in Ensemble. You may have a significant number of these files.

Creating folders

Create a folder in the Media Library:

1. Select New Folder at the top of the page
2. Enter a name for the folder
3. Select Save
   
4. You will now see the folder at the top of the page
   

You can create as many levels of folders as needed:

Organize files into folders

To move files into folders first, they can be dragged and dropped. However, it is not always possible to move files from one folder to another this way.

Move files into folders

1. Hover over video thumbnail, or if in list view hover anyplace in the video thumbnail or name
2. Choose More from the menu that appears
   
3. In the Media Details dialog box Choose the Actions tab in the left column
4. Choose Move Media
5. Under User Collections you will see your name, click the plus sign in front of your name to expand your folders
6. Choose the plus sign in front of MyMedia Collections to see the folders in your Media Library
   
7. Select the folder where you want to move your file
8. Click Select
