The Information Systems department has been working to complete an upgrade from Self-Service Banner (SSB) 8 to 9. This project will be completed by July 1, 2023. SSB is largely used by students. We have worked closely with student facing offices to ensure minimal disruption.
What you need to know:
MyRedDragon links will remain but might send you to a page that looks different in SSB 9 or to an entirely different service. A few functions previously available in SSB 8 will not be available in SSB 9. In these few cases – you will be redirected to an alternate service, like Starfish or Brightspace.
