Hide Grade Items
On the course home page, click Grades.
Go to the Manage Grades area,
Click on the drop down menu next to the title of the item you want to hide, then select Hide From Users.
A second option is to click on the title of the item, then in the Restrictions tab, select Hide from users.
Click Save and Close.
