Create bulleted lists

  1. Select the items you would like to be bulleted
  2. Select the Home tab.
  3. In the Paragraph group, select down arrow next to the Bullets button.
    You can just select the button and then the default bullet, usually a small dot, will be applied.
  4. Select the bullet you would like the apply to the list

Create ordered lists

  1. Position the cursor in your document before typing the list
  2. Select the Home tab.
  3. In the Paragraph group, select the Numbering button for the default numbering format or click the down arrow and choose your Numbering Format from the Numbering Library
  4. Type the sequential steps.

Or

  1. Select the items you would like in an ordered list
  2. Select the Home tab
  3. In the Paragraph group, click the down arrow next to the Numbering button
  4. Choose the Numbering format from the Numbering Library in the dropdown
