Faculty/Staff: Proof of Vaccination: Upload Instructions

Faculty/Staff Vaccine Recorder

All SUNY Cortland faculty and staff who are fully vaccinated are invited to provide proof of their COVID-19 vaccination through the COVID-19 Vaccine Recorder app after receiving their final dose and waiting until fully vaccinated (14 days from your last shot)

Jump to instructions:

  1. Log in to the myRedDragon
  2. Navigate to the COVID Faculty/Staff Tab
  3. Use the Vaccine Recorder Channel, or browse to the link to access the app
  4. Upload a photo or scanned copy of your vaccine card or screen shot from the Excelsior App.
  5. Manually enter the dates and type of vaccine you received
  6. You're done!

 

Logging in to myRedDragon

Go to myreddragon.cortland.edu.

Log in using your SUNY Cortland Username and password.

 

Navigate to the COVID Faculty/Staff Tab and use the COVID Recorder App

Once on the tab, you will see the COVID Recorder app as well as a link to the app.

 

Manually enter the dates and type of vaccine you received

Scroll the form to enter the dates and type of vaccine you received.

  • If you received the single-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine, you will enter the date you were vaccinated.
  • If you received the two-dose Pfizer or Moderna vaccine, enter the date of your last vaccination shot.

Upload a photo or scanned copy of your vaccine card

Press the Attach File button.

Select the image(s) of your vaccine card that you want to upload from your device. Be sure your birth date is visible, and your image(s) include all doses of the vaccine.

You can upload a photo, scanned copy of your vaccine card or a screen shot from the NYS Excelsior App.

After you complete the process, it will take our team about 2-3 business days to review your information.
