I have a new phone and the Duo Mobile app isn't working.

  1. Enter your username and password into myRedDragon.
  2. Before you authenticate, select the Settings menu in the upper right hand corner.
  3. Click My Settings & Devices and authenticate. You will need to select Call me or Enter a Passcode to authenticate.
  4. Click the gear to the right of your mobile device.
  5. Click Reactivate Duo Mobile.
  6. Follow the prompts to reactivate Duo Mobile on your new device.
