Adding OneDrive Integration to Formstack Form

  1. Sign in to SUNY Cortland’s Formstack.

  2. Open the form to which you would like to add OneDrive Integration.
  3. Navigate to the form’s “Settings” screen by clicking “Settings” in the top-right of the screen.
  4. Navigate to the “Integrations” section of the settings using the left-hand menu bar.
  5. Under “Integrations on this Form”, search for “OneDrive”. Click the “+ Add” button on the right.
  6. Click the “Log in to Microsoft OneDrive” button that appears under “Authorization”.
  7. You may be asked to grant permission for Formstack to access your OneDrive. Grant.
  8. Under “Folder” you should see your OneDrive account’s folders. Click the one you want your Formstack attachments saved into.
  9. Set the file prefix you’d like newly uploaded files to have. You can have it dynamically set prefixes to contain form information (like submitter’s name) by clicking on the field below the prefix text box.
  10. Once you’ve verified the prefix and folder location, simply click the “On” button under “Run mode” to turn the integration on and you’re all set!
