COVID Student Screening - Apple iPhone Trouble Logging In

We have had some reports of users having trouble logging to complete their daily screening using iPhones.  Some versions of Safari are preventing the screening app from loading correctly.  We have found two solutions to the problem.

  1. You may choose to use another browser, such as Chrome or Firefox, both can be downloaded and installed from the Apple Store.
  2. Adjust settings on your phone to allow Safari to log in to the COVID screening app.

Safari in iOS 11 . 

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Scroll down to Safari and tap it.
  3. Scroll down to "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking."
  4. Toggle it on so it's off.
